Job description:Comet (electricals) are paying for replacement floor as the leaking fridge has caused underlay to warp. room dimentions: 3.2m x 5.4m Need quote for laminate flooring and underlay (onto concrete I think)- average quality, not cheap and nasty! breakfast bar has been fitted ontop of exsisting so will need to be cut around. area is otherwise area is generally clear except kitchen furniture (table and chairs, cupboard etc)
