Sand & finish floor boards in Darley

Job description:Down stairs sitting room, currently carpeted. We would like to remove the carpet and sand back the wooden boards underneath. We have not looked at all of them but from what we have seen they appear to be in relatively good condition. I've not got the room dimensions but would describe it as a small/med size sitting room in a Victorian terraced town house.
