Job description:Lounge: take up lamiante floor to expose pine floor, treat (sand?) and stain/varnish. Room 22 x 16 foot Bedroom 1 + ensuite: Replace 3 or 4 broken boards, make floor fit for new stain/varnish (already varinished). 22 x 16 ft Bedroom 2: Box in pipes for area 5 x 3ft. Lay down laminate floor on box + bedroom floor (22 x 16ft). No flooring to be taken up. Only laminate flooring supplied by us.
