Lift carpets and sand / varnish floors in downstairs of whole house and upper landing in Dunfermline Central

Job description:project consists of hallway from front door whihc currenlty still has a carpet on it. Also downstairs there is a study - which was sanded and varnished previoulsy probably by the previous owners and is a bit scrapy. The sitting room and kitchen were sanded and varnished by a professional company about 4 years ago so will require minimal work. Also the upper landing is still carpeted and will need the full works done on it. Aim is for all floors to appear seemless and be the same hue. Not too sure on prices but would like a few quotes if possible
