Take up existing floorboards and lay new MDF flooring - 15 square meter area. in Meadows Morningside

Job description:Installing new kitchen but need new floor first! Current floorboards are uneven and wobbly and, in some cases, virtually resting on gas and water pipes beneath. Would like floorboards lifted up and (I guess) MDF put down so laminate can be put down after kitchen installation. If its possibly to do something to slightly raise the level of the floorboards that would be ideal. One problem is what appears to be slab of concrete roughly 1 m square that would ideally be removed. Can provide photos of area so you can provide a rough ball park quote for the work. Entire area of floor is roughly 15 square meters. It can be difficult for me to phone or catch me in, so ideally initial contact would be via email, phone and leave a message and I'll call back.
