Flooring (carpeting and floorboarding) in College

Job description:I want to get the living room (11'11" x 11') carpet fitted and i would also like to get a runner carpet fitted on the stairs. Also, I want to get reclaimed original floorboarding on the dining room (11'11") and upstairs bedrooms (2 bedrooms with similar dimension of living room). The rooms that i want floorboarding are currently covered in carpet - i haven't yet checked what kind of state these floorbaording are in. Also i would like to check how much it would cost to have unfloor heating in the dining room floorboards.
