Job description:I have just bought a flat in Newcastle upon Tyne and I would like to have some work done in polished concrete, namely a raised ktchen floor and a staircase (one or two). The flat is in Low Fell (Gateshead). The kitchen raised floor should be about 2.5 by 3.5 meters (estimate since we haven't exchanged contracts for the property yet). The staircase is a traditional, currently carpeted, staircase of about 20 steps.
