oak flooring needs fitting in Frampton on Severn

Job description:I am going to buy upofloor oak flooring (a engineered wood floor which has a layer of real oak on the top) and would like a rough price for fitting it. It is in my lounge and the approximate room size is 18ft x 10ft. It has a chimney coming out so is not exatly oblong because of the way the chimney comes into the room. I also have a small amount of hallway to be done with the same wood, probably about 3ft. I am asking for a price just for the fitting as the price I have found on the internet for the wood is £19.95 per square metre. If anyone can better this price or match it, I will but the wood from you too. I do want Upofloor as I have had this before in a previous house.
