Job description:50cm wood block floor tiling coming up in localised area on solid floor in hall of ground floor flat. Reason unknown. Insurance company claim - need estimate and repair. Floor relaid 30 months ago following water leak on to surface from cold water tank in airing cupboard(insurance company paid for work).
