Job description:New Installation of Softwood Decking. Surface Area: 35 m2. Surface Area includes Installation of 2 Decked Steps to garden over existing concrete slabs 640mm X 640 mm each. Shape: Inverted U Shaped Area around building: (3250 mm x 6560 mm) + (3290 mm x 1280 mm) + (3290 mm x 1880 mm). Surrounding Area: 600 mm high concrete slab wall around decking area around outer end of inverted U Shape - existing wtaer drain gaps in wall leading to garden. Building walls around inner end of inverted U Shape. Existing Surface Area: Concrete slab patio made of 100mm x 200mm slabs. Possible removal of 1 Concrete slab step (600mm x 1000 mm) to patio door before laying decking. Airflow vents on building at 170 mm height above existing concrete slab patio. Joists to be raised ~1 inch above existing concrete slab paving if possible.
