Job description:We are moving into a new property in Clynder on 20 January. We are looking to sand and varnish the existing floor on the stairwell, and upper bedrooms depending on the condition. We also want to live existing laminate flooring in the living room and put down new solid timber flooring. This could be the alternative option for elsewhere in the property depending on the condition of the existing flooring. We do however, want to ensure that if we have a mixture of existing and new that they are similar and match. Living room (11'1 x 9'2) Bedroom (11'4 x 9'3) Bedroom 2 (7'11 x 7'1) Vestibule (10'4 x 6'4) We also want to do something with the hall and stairwell however I don't have the measurements for this as yet.
