Job description:I have a 'garden room' attached to the rear of my garage, both of which adjoin the house itself. It is cold in there, with evidence of moisture backing through the Lino. I am looking to making this a warmer room and to prevent any moisture from below. It has no actual heating within eg radiator. The garden room itself is of single skin brick construction below thewindow enclosure. I have no idea about coatings. Thanks
