Job description:A new build flat that is completing on 27th April without flooring. It has concrete floor on 5th floor and sound proof covering. Require fitting of engineered wood flooring (Kahrs Linnea City Engineered Walnut Wood Flooring) that is 2 strip Woodloc and with square edge with Tuplex underlay. For hall and lounge. No radiators present. Both rooms combined are 22 square meters. Skirting boards come already attached, do not want beveled edges to room. Work can be carried out from 28th April onwards.
