Job description:Fitting engineered wood flooring on the lower ground floor, stair case and ground floor of a new build house. 1. The whole lower ground floor is kitchen, dining, utility under stairs. Mostly open plan. 2. The ground floor is lounge, hall and w/c - all rooms except the study room to the right of the front door as you walk in which will be carpeted 3. The stair case between the lower ground floor and the ground floor. In total, there is c.91 sq metres including stairs. I will provide the flooring and the stair nosing and underlay. Please can you advise what else is needed? We aim to move in Friday 29th August. The builders are aiming towards having the site ready to fit the flooring w/c 25th August. Already had 1 quote for £1,000 and just seeing how that compares and critically when the job can be completed.
