Job description:I have a below ground/basement kitchen that backs onto garden level that is currently covered with lino tiles. The floor area is approx 32msq and is roughly rectangular with a pillar in the middle and kitchen cupboards to one corner. The floor is not perfectly level and Im not sure if it needs to be levelled first. I would like to get a approx quote to remove current tiling and fit engineered wood flooring with or without underfloor heating.
