Job description:I am moving into a new flat at the end of February. The flat is furnished with laminate flooring throughout. I have been informed the flooring in the flat is of a floating timber type with overlaid chipboard boards. There seems to be quite of lot of creaking in the main hallway and entrance to the living room where sections of flooring are presumably loose. I require the laminate flooring uplifting and the subfloor materials tacked and secured to get rid of the problem.
