Job description:flight of stairs sanded (both risers and treads) plus landing and hallway (both around 1000 x 2500 mm. No need for varnishing (I can do that myself as I want to use the stuff I've already used on some of the rooms I've sanded myself). Typical floorboards and timber usually found in victorian property.
