Job description:I have solid oak flooring (18mm) which needs fitting to a pre-laid 12mm plywood sub floor. It is an area our the living room of just under 20 sq metres. 3 walls are currently without skirting, to make things easier, and the fourth will just be fitted with beading to cover the expansion gap.
