Job description:Need to have a wooden floor in a bedroom size 11 by 8ft (estimate) sanded ASAP. This is due to having a baby on the way and need to get the house sorted before he/she arives in the new year!! Have already taken top layer of floor of using band and edge sander but have ran out of time! Need a pro to come and finish the job!! House is in Leeds LS7!
