Job description:We live in a grade 2 cottage but unusually, our living room has a concerete floor. we are thinking about having a polished concrete floor and could do with some advice. I am not sure as to whether something can be done to the existing floor or whether the whole floor would need to be dug up and the job would need to be done from (this option would put us off!). I also have no idea of cost. Pressuming it will be more than decent quality carpets, I am interested in speaking to someone in the know who can advise of the options and potential costs and pitfuls of such a job. Thanks Joe.
