Job description:The job will entail laying new vinyl in two rooms and laminate in a further two rooms. The room details where I need flooring work done are as follows: master bedroom 4.5 x3.8 = 17.1 sq m } Laminate flooring hallway 3.3 x 3.5 = 11.5 sq m } bathroom 2.5 x 1.3 = 3.25 sq m ] Vinyl flooring kitchen 4.1 x 2.0 = 8.2 sq m ] I will be providing the flooring materials i.e. the vinyl and the laminate including the beading and underlay for the laminate. ( That is: 29 m of beads for the laminate floor 29 sq m of multi-purpose underlay) The work will need to be done either w/c 10th Oct or 17th Oct but it is yet to be decided.
