Laminate flooring + skirting boarding + boxing in of pipes. in Burnage

Job description:I have two rooms. One, approx 8'x14' needs laminate flooring putting in (I have not purchased this yet, so I would appreciate guidance on this) and then skirting board putting in to secure it. Also some pipe-work in the corner of the room will need boxing in from floor to ceiling. The second room merely needs skirting boarding putting in as it will be carpeted at a later time (still painting it).
