Job description:7 rooms(includes kitchen and bathroom), 2 hallways, stair case, and 2 cupboards. Basically the whole small ex-council house. I would like lino and underlay fitted please. I have chosen style off lino not bought yet. I would like an estimate please. I am looking to invest in the property and donate as much as realistically possible my investments profits (from the sale of my first inherited house and other properties to come,) to various charities. I am looking for tradespeople I can rely on for years to come for excellent, reliable and reasonable priced work for years to come. This is my first house, and it needs a full flooring refit. I would like to show the workman what style I want for this house, but help to buy and measure it and provide me with a quote for the whole house please. Many thanks.
