Job description:3 or 4 rooms, 1 original pine floor, 3 reclaimed iroko. all floors nail free i think. have to finish laying iroko. i can oil or varnish/ finish the floor if needed (cost dependant). mainly after guideline quote to see what i can afford. thanks
