Job description:Estimate for insurance claim for taking up and replacing kitchen and livingroom floor laminate tiles over approx 30sq m. (previous ones damaged by flood, so replacement flooring must be waterproof not just water resistant!) Membrane already in place but other recommendations sought by experienced tradesman. good chippie would also be welcome as solid wood floor may be the answer and also kitchen cabinets + more require replacment.
