Job description:To lay a floor (slate tiles) in a newly converted cellar. Screed floor will need to be slightly levelled (which will be paid for by my building contractor). Work absolutely has to be started at the beginning of 2nd week in December and MUST completed before Christmas. Are to be tiled - approx 30ft X 30ft Materials will be bought by myself, or by tiler with my approval.
