Job description:30000 sq feet warehouse, concrete floor. Bulk warehouse in very bad state, picking warehouse also poor. Both in need of repair/replacement Mezzanine floors in place above some of the area, racking will be able to be moved for a limited period. Advice required on replacement/repair options.
