Job description:I had a water leak last year and this has rotted some floor joists and few boards. I need to have the joists replaced and the boards. I may get you to replace all floor with boards from upstairs bedroom. Will then need sanding and varnishing throughout dining room and front lounge (terraced house) so it matches throughout. If you know of furniture storage available that would be useful.
