Job description:small sitting room floor 10 x 12 (approx) in victorian semi - needs stripping, varnishing and possible restoration had another room done sloppily, so would prefer if my house wasnt covered in dust, wood gouged, and timber not matched and varnish not sanded properly. may be future work on other rooms in the house
