Job description:insurance claim. existing wood parquet floor in kitchen damaged by a leaked pipe. Need a check to see if it can be repaired, and what the cost would be. Would like to replace it with a tiled floor - but for insurance purposes need a quote for like for like. Prefer a tradesman who can do both quotes.
