Job description:I am in the process of buying a property in Greenfield, Saddleworth. My offer has been accepted and solicitors are instructed. I have recently ahd a full structural survey on the property. At present there is a laminate floor in place that is very uneven and sloping in a variety of directions. My structural surveyor has recommended taking the laminate flooring up and that it is likely the floor will need relaying. I need somebody to give a quote on the cost of remedying any defect and putting in a new level floor. 2 Rooms: lounge and dining room. Lounge: 3.6m x 3.48m Dining Room: 3.54m x 3.43m I am considering laying proper wooden floor boards depending on price.
