Lay kitchen flooring in Woodley

Job description:Need flooring in fairly small kitchen after new kitchen put in. Kitchen measures 2720x3075. Kitchen has concrete floor that has original vinyl tiles on it, we have put stick on tiles over the top but lift up easily. Would like a 'black slate' effect flooring, (kitchen units white - black worktops - hopefully white black and grey tiles on wall - if I find a tiler)like laminate but believe there is a special type for kitchens which is a tile effect but warm to the touch (I have dogs) Flooring only needs to go just under cabinets but fully under appliances ie fridge freezer, washing machine.
