Job description:The orignal floorboards in our victorian house were sanded and sealed some years ago and the surface is now warn in patches and needs refinishing - we wish to refinish them with a darker stain than previously, and with a hardwering finish as this is a kitchen/living space and gets considerable wear. The room is approx 4 X 9 m (originally two rooms)
