Kitchen and bathroom floor required in Crookes

Job description:The flooring in the kitchen and lounge was done by the previous owner and I was told the Laminate boards started to lift off so they were then drilled into the underlying planks. I am having the kitchen done and would like someone to have a look at the floor and see what could be done, and whether it should be before or after the kitchen is done. I would like a couple of opinions please. (I am the landlord of the property and actually live in lincolnshire.)
