Installation of hardwood floor in Sidcup

Job description:This work must be completed around 20 September. The house will be empty with full access. 1. We would like to replace the current carpets with hardwood floor. Something like a Natura 18mm solid oak wood flooring. 2. We would like it laid in the lounge, hall and dining room with a total floor space of 40m2. 3. The existing floorboards run towards the fireplace in the lounge and dining room which is the same direction we would like to run the hardwood floor over the top, if possible. Expert advice is sought here though as to whether it's possible and anything additional we need to do it. 4. In one of the bedrooms we are removing the hot water tank, and if you can also fix some new floorboards and skirting board in the space left, that would be helpful.
