Job description:I am moving into a two bedroom flat with original (oak - I think) floors. I need the floors sanded and finished in the two bedrooms (one double, one large single) and lounge which is as big as the double bedroom. Unfortunately, I have no specific floor areas so if you could give me quotes by the square metre please.
