Job description:A large L shape living room, a hallway, and a large dining room, total approx 95m squared. We had this done before moving in, and could not oversee it, and returned to find the job had been botched, the guy did a very rough sanding job, left lots of skid marks and then varnished very poorly, with dust and dirt in the varnish and very patchy. We want this all stripped off, and are (understandably) very particular about the quality of the job - we want it done to a smooth finsh, and varnished evenly and without dust, which i hope would be standard in the industry, right? Now that we are living in the house, we have a preference for dust free equipment, but will consider quotes from people using other equipment if they are appropriately less. Boards are in mostly good condition, dating from 1950s and 1980s.
