Job description:4 Bedroom house needing some TLC after tenants leaving in a mess. Works as follows: Remove and replace lounger/dinner carpet. Remove carpets in 2 bathrooms and replace with lino. Remove kitchen carpet and replace with lino. Install smoke alarms connected to mains. Add door locks to all bedrooms door. Install fire extinguisher in kitchen. Repair and regrout bathrooms. General painting. Fix garage door and garden fence. List may go on for other small job in the house that need fixing.
