Job description:We have several cracked ceramic floor tiles running in a line across the floor and need investigation into why this has occurred and how it can be rectified. The tiles will need to be taken up obviously and once the cause has been established I can then decide on the course of action. There are seven damaged tiles in total but possibly only a couple will need to be removed for the underneath to be examined to hopefully establish the cause.
