I have a 24m square room that I would like to install hardwood floors in in Bayswater

Job description:Only one room which is rectangular in shape with only one heater with two pipes. I have original floor boards underneath but am not sure how level they are as there is a carpet on top. Would need to have some kind of sound proofing / underlay. I have found wood online at a decent price and could buy all the materials myself but am also open to an all in quote.
