Installation of wood flooring in Hoylake and Meols

Job description:I am looking to install wooden flooring in living room (20 m sq) and hallway (4 m sq). Currently there is carpet in both rooms which has been laid on top of Ceramic Tiles in the living room and over timber boards/joists in the hallway. The wooden flooring I would like to install is 15mm thick and I would like flooring to level up with flooring/carpets in the other downstairs rooms. At present this will not be possible without lowering the subfloors in the hallway/living room by 15mm I would like someone to determine whether it would be feasible to lower the floors in both rooms, the work involved and approximate costs
