Job description:Laminate flooring, underlay etc.,(I have already bought this) to be fitted to hallway, kitchen and utility area (to be fitted on top of existing tiled floor in kitchen and utility room). The laminate will have to go underneath the base of the work surfaces in the kitchen and utility room (as opposed to beading it). There are eight doorways to take into account and a fair amount of cutting to be done to make the laminate fit the contours of the floor area. The approximate total area to be fitted with the laminate flooring is 21.5 Sq metres.
