Neglected garden needs clearance and maintenance in Tubney

Job description:Just moved into a house in Tubney which has been empty for a year. The garden is .75 of an acre. The grass is in a bad way, lots of moss, mole hills and weeds. There is a large area of bamboo which has rooted and needs clearing, lots of ornamental grasses that need cutting back, not too many shrubs. bascially the garden needs a good tidy up, lawn care, then some design input and finally maintenance. I do not own a lawn mower.
