Job description:Existing fence consists of wooden posts (not set in concrete) with about 5 wire strands. Hedge is a mainly privet with some berberis varying in height from 5 to 5 1/2 feet approximately. Total length of new fence required is 100 feet. The existing fence has a single line of old railway sleepers (about 50 feet long) placed between the fence and the hedge to retain the soil from outside. The sleepers need to be replaced and possibly extended. The final 8 to 10 feet will replace an old unused car entrance with neither existing fence or hedge to be removed. The new fence should be approximately the same height as the existing hedge made from pressure treated timber with the fence posts set in concrete. I can cut down and dispose of the hedge and dispose of the old fence after it has been removed. There should be easy access to the job site via lane next to the fence(see photo). This is not a rush job and I would hope to have it completed by the end of March or early April next year.
