Garden clearance required in preparation for seeding in Acocks Green

Job description:Our garden needs to be cleared, flattened and ready for seeding. It has patches of slabs in places and a small pond. The garden is slightly uneven in places and is approx 24ft x 60ft. We need just the garden area done but would welcome any suggestions on potential brickwork/slab work that may need doing. I would be grateful if we could get a rough estimate on how much it will cost which should include all labour and material. Thank you.
