Repair broken panel fence in Bournville

Job description:Two of our 6' x 5' wooden panels have been blown down in the recent storms. The panels are/were held up with wooden posts cemented into the ground, but two of the posts are now snapped, so they will need to be replaced and re-cemented in. Depending on the state of the rest of the posts, it might be worthwhile replacing them with concrete posts, but in any case we would be grateful of some advice.
