Job description:Looking for wooden garage and verandah to be taken down. Garden tiered to three levels, and two walls built to retain levels. Then bottom layer by house to be paved or bricked (patio), and other levels to be either paved, or with stones, or similar. Garden fencing to be put up. Costing will be important as I am looking at doing some remedial work in the house and garden (including this job) with a view to probably selling the property later in the year / early next.
