Small landscape and decking to rear patio area in Bradshaw

Job description:I require a small amount of landscaping and wooden decking to the rear of the house. (Please refer to the pictures). Currently, leading up to the rear lawn are a set of cobbled steps, flanked either side by built-up areas, created out of railway sleepers. I would like all of this removing and replacing with wooden decking (maybe containing some steps up to the elevated lawn). There is also a narrow horizontal strip between the patio doors and the area described above. This also needs decking.
