Keep a nice garden in good condition-usual maintenace in Kearsley

Job description:front garden approx 20'x 15' and back garden approx 50' x 25' mostly lawn and small established bushes beds/borders around. Small privet hedge in parts. Need someone to keep it all nice and tidy by mowing, edging off lawns, weeding hoeing bed areas, cutting hedge and clearing all the cuttings after them. Garden is nice, clean and compact. Need someone to keep it nice by doing anything that is needed doing. Also need advise on any changes needed to improve it.
