Grass to strim in small garden 18' x 12' in Queen's Park

Job description:I have a one-bedroom flat with a small garden that has been neglected for almost one year - only a small garden of approximately 18' by 12'. The grass needs cutting (ideally with a strimmer) as it is now knee length in height. A stinging nettle bush has also sprung up which needs removing. There is also a small hedge that needs cutting back. Work should not take more than an hour in total, especially with a good strimmer. No ongoing maintenance will be needed - I will maintain the garden properly myself from now on after this!
